Malabika Sahoo belongs to HR and OB area. She has 9 years of experience in teaching and research, and 14 years in corporate training and consulting. She has done Ph D in Management. Dr. Sahoo has attended Executive Certification programme in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. Prior to joining KIIT Deemed to be University, she worked as a corporate trainer and consultant. She has conducted nearly 2,500 training programmes and motivational talks in around 100 organisations across the country such as NTPC, NALCO, Aditya Birla, Coca-Cola, TSIL, TRL, Aditya Aluminium, JSPL, Vodafone, L & T, Paradeep port Trust, PPL, ONGC, IFFCO, IOCL, BRPL, BPCL, OHPC, OPTCL, and LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd etc. She also taught as a Visiting faculty at Birla Global University and KIIT School of Rural Management.
Dr. Sahoo has five publications in journals listed in ABDC. She has also authored three book chapters (Scopus and Web of science) published by Emerald and Springer Publications and a book on Research Methodology by Taxmann Publications. She has presented more than 15 research papers at various national and international conferences of repute such IIM Vizag, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Jammu etc. She has organised and facilitated FDP on Advanced Research Methodology and Data analysis, and Workshop on Structural Equation Modelling. She is passionate about facilitating workshops/FDPS on Research methodology, Structural Equation Modelling using AMOS, SMART PLS, Data Analysis through SPSS and R, etc.
Her teaching interest includes Human resource management, Training and development, Business Research methodology, HR analytics and Data analysis.
