|Dr. Snigdha Pattnaik||Member of HRD – T&D||
Prof. Snigdha Pattnaik is an academician, consultant and trainer who has done extensive work in the areas of human resource management and behavioral science, for over three decades. Her domains of expertise include managerial excellence, personal effectiveness and growth, women’s leadership, organization development, team building, and learning and development.
Prof. Pattnaik has been Pro Vice Chancellor at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University. She has also served as Professor in HRM and Founding Dean of the School of HRM at XIM University, Bhubaneswar. She is a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and at the Universidad Loyola Andalucia, Seville, Spain. Snigdha has authored several papers in the areas of Performance management, Appreciative Inquiry, Work life integration, etc., and a book on Performance Management.
She is the recipient of the AARYA Award 2016 by the Parichay Foundation in recognition of her contribution and achievement in the field of education. She has worked with clients across diverse sectors. Some of them are Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) of the Govt of India, Infosys Technologies Ltd., Caterpillar Ltd., Idea Cellular Ltd, Kaivalya Education Foundation, Cocacola Ltd., and Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission.
Snigdha is a Post graduate in HRM from XLRI Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur and a doctorate in Personnel Management from Utkal University, Odisha. She has completed a 5- yr programme on ‘Collaborative Leadership for Women’ and is trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is a professional member of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS) and has been the Program Director for the Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP) of ISABS. She has also held the role of Dean (Research) in ISABS. She is a member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, USA; the National HRD Network (NHRDN), India; Society of Human Resource Management, USA; and National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India.
