Through its Faculty Development Programs, School of Management, KIIT University has undertaken a tangible initiative to assist in the training and development of Faculties (from within the university and outside) and fellow PhD scholars alike. A variety of training programs are currently being offered through the School with a focus on enhancing their ability in conducting meaningful research, improving research methodology and functional area experience.
The purpose of the programs are to enlighten and empower the faculty to deliver their best. In order to make them academic powerhouses, they should be shaped as institutions by themselves.
