An Alumni Interaction series was organized by the KSOM Alumni Club on 9^th April 2024. Interacting with the BBA First year students, Mr. Prasad Routray, class of 1995 from KIIT School of Management, spoke on the current market trends and upcoming job opportunities. Mr. Routray, who is currently heading Corporate and Alliances in Airtel Payments Bank, has over 25 years of experience in different positions in Bharti Airtel. He emphasised that Traditional stereotypes of career paths will collapse in face of workforce change. He said there’s a popular line of thought today that AI won’t replace jobs – but people who can use AI will replace people who can’t. He also spoke about the scope of entrepreneurs and free lancers. There was an extensive student interaction which even led to few innovative ideas popping up.

The Interaction was moderated by Dr. Ayushi Raichoudhury, Faculty-In-Charge Alumni Relations KSOM. Prof. Ipsita Nayak also joined and shared her views.
