Sweta Singh
Assistant Professor

Sweta Singh is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at KIIT School of Management (KSoM). She is a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) scholar in Organizational Behavior at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, India. Her academic trajectory includes roles at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, as an Academic Associate, and at ISB Mohali as a Research Analyst with the Bharti Institute of Public Policy.

Sweta has prior industry experience with WNS Global Services and has also interned at SAIL and IDBI Federal Life Insurance. She has presented her research at several leading academic conferences including the British Academy of Management (BAM), Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and the ISDSI-Global Conference.

An alumna of the Madras School of Economics and Symbiosis International University, her research lies at the intersection of sustainability, climate change attitudes in organizations, workplace behavior, negotiations, and gender dynamics. She has also taken guest sessions at XLRI and IIM Raipur as part of Management Development Programs (MDPs), focusing on negotiation strategies and inclusive work-life practices.

Beyond academia, Sweta is an emerging author with two published creative works, including her contribution to the widely acclaimed anthology Unsent Letters from the South Asian Diaspora, reflecting her interest in culture, emotion, and identity narratives.
