Assistant Professor

I am a dedicated academician with a Ph.D. in Management, with specialization in Economics from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur. I hold double masters with M.B.A. from KIIT School of Management, and M.A. in Economics from IGNOU Delhi. Additionally, I qualified UGC NET JRF in Management in 2017, and UGC NET in Economics in 2022. I have a proven track record as a lecturer, having taught postgraduate and undergraduate courses in Macroeconomics and Managerial Economics at Jamshedpur Workers’ College, Kolhan University.

I have published several research papers in reputed ABDC indexed journals, like the “Indian Economic Journal”, “Review of Development Economics” and the “Australian Economic Papers”. I am also an accomplished conference presenter, having participated in international events such as the Warsaw International Economic Meeting 2023 at the University of Warsaw, Poland and the Global Conference on Research in Social Sciences 2024 at the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. I have strong technical skills in econometric analysis and is proficient in software tools such as STATA, and LaTeX.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I am always committed to mentoring students and fostering a collaborative learning environment. I am passionate about contributing to the development of economic policies that address contemporary challenges in India.
