Dwiti Vikramaditya is a globally recognized leader in education, social innovation, and international development. Since 2006, he has served as the Vice President of KIIT University and the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), which is known as one of the world’s largest fully free residential institutions for Indigenous children. Over nearly two decades, he has led transformational initiatives that have shaped the lives of thousands from marginalized communities in India.

At KIIT University, he has spearheaded the institution’s global engagement strategy, building over 150 partnerships with leading universities and research centers worldwide. Under his guidance, KIIT has become a vibrant hub for global collaboration, hosting renowned scholars, international delegations, and fostering cross-cultural academic exchange. He has pioneered and secured critical, needs-based development projects by forging strategic alliances with governments, UN agencies, global foundations, and Fortune 500 corporations. He leads the India Trek, a fully subsidized, first-of-its-kind international immersion program that brings students from across the globe to India, bridging cultures and ideas through curated educational and cultural experiences. Expanding his impact, Vikramaditya recently signed a landmark agreement with the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) to lead their India program. Through this, he will facilitate high-impact bilateral exchanges between emerging political leaders of the U.S. and India, strengthening democratic partnerships and youth leadership. In times of humanitarian crises and natural disasters, Vikramaditya has provided high-level strategic support to governments by mobilizing and coordinating action across NGOs, international agencies, and the private sector. He works as an Advisor to Vantara, the social and philanthropic initiative of the Reliance Group, India’s largest and most valuable conglomerate. He is entrusted with overseeing end-to-end project coordination and strategic execution in close collaboration with senior leadership.

His leadership journey is marked by participation in elite global fellowships including the U.S. Department of State’s IVLP, Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship, UN Staff College Fellowship, and the Mosaic Global Leadership Fellowship by Common Purpose. A JFK Fellow, he earned his Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was recently elected to the HKS Alumni Board, an honor reserved for a select few alumni worldwide. He also serves as a Citizen Liaison Volunteer (CLV) for the U.S. Department of State, a recognition of his long-standing contribution to State Department initiatives and over 15 years of consistent engagement with the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in India. Previously, he held pivotal roles across several UN agencies, bringing deep expertise in international cooperation and development to every endeavor.
