Knowledge Dialogue Series – on “HR Transformation with elements of Organisation Design, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) and Talent Management”

KSOM organized a webinar on the topic “HR Transformation with elements of Organisation Design, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) and Talent Management”.

As part of the Knowledge Dialogues series, the unique initiative by KSOM to encourage and ensure discussions on pertinent topics; KSOM organized a webinar on 3rd Oct, from 10 am to 11.30 am, on the topic “HR Transformation with elements of Organisation Design, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) and Talent Management”.

The guest speaker was Sri Debajyoti Mohanty (Dev as he is better known). He has more than 15 years of experience across the breadth of HR Delivery and Talent Transformation. Alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he has worked with Global and Indian majors like PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, ICICI Prudential and Petronet LNG (an ONGC group company). Currently, he is working with AP Moller Maersk Technology as General Manager and Global HRBP for Technology & Transformation. Maersk Technology is into Shipping Technology product and solutions. Debajyoti has also led COE roles like Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organisation Design / Re-structure, HR Analytics and Talent Acquisition in his previous work stints. Outside of work he has interest in Indian and Greek / Roman Mythology and their impact on modern society. 

Prof. S. K. Mohapatra, Director, KSOM gave a perfect finish to the program by citing an instance to corroborate the guest speaker.

More than 150 students from MBA and BBA attended the program which was highly interactive. Key takeaways from the program:
