7th National Management Convention Organized by KIIT School of Management, KIIT University

In education, and especially in a very dynamic field of management education, there is a significant need have the industry and the academia collaborate. With evolving policies and practices at the workplace, and also the need for corporate to stay focused on fundamental rules of management, there is a lot of scope for joint intellectual pursuit.

KIIT School of Management’s (KSOM) 7th National Management Convention on “The Dynamics of the Education to Employment Journey: Opportunities and Challenges” hosted on the 21st and 22nd of February 2014, attempted to capture the practical challenges and emerging opportunities in bridging this seemingly large gap between education and employment, through research papers, case studies, white papers, and conceptual studies.
