General Rules

🎤 Rebranding Pitch Battle (via ONLINE PRESENTATION): 17th Sept 2025

THE RULES:

🎓 Eligibility: The contest is open to Postgraduate (PG) & Undergraduate Students (UG).

📧 Registration: Teams must register using OFFICIAL INSTITUTIONAL/COLLEGE IDs.

🏫 Same Institute Rule: All members of a team must be from the same institute.

👥 Team Size: Minimum 2 members, maximum 3 members.

🔒 Team Identity: Once registered, team members and team name cannot be changed midway.

🚫 One Team Rule: A student cannot be part of more than one team.

🏛️ Verification: College IDs will be cross-checked before awarding prizes.

⏰ Timelines: Stick to deadlines. No extensions will be given.

📌 Participation Limit: No cap on the number of teams from an institute.

🏛️ Authority: All decisions on eligibility, authenticity, and final judgment by organizers/judges will be final and binding.

🔄 Event Format: Rules and structure may be modified if required by organizers.

Prizes

Cash Prize of Rs 30,000/- for the winner

Cash Prize of Rs 20,000/- for the first runners’-up

Case Prize of Rs 15,000 for the second runners’ up
