At KIIT School of Management (KSOM), we believe in nurturing not just future managers, but thoughtful, well-rounded individuals. As part of our Knowledge Dialogue Series, we had the distinct honor of hosting Mr. Venkatesh, former CHRO of RPG Group, for an inspiring and thought-provoking session on the theme:

“Happiness as Both Means & End in a Microcosm and Macrocosm”

In this profound dialogue, Mr. Venkatesh masterfully connected the dots between personal well-being, organizational culture, and societal harmony. He urged students to view happiness not just as a goal, but as an essential process that influences both individual journeys and collective impact. His insights reflected a rare blend of corporate wisdom and philosophical depth. The session was a powerful reminder that happiness is not a fluffy afterthought, but a strategic imperative. By embedding happiness into the core of our systems—through design, leadership, and purpose we can create organizations and societies that are not only productive but truly flourishing.
This enriching session was organized under the guidance of Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty and Prof. Sweta Singh, as part of the initiatives of “The Bookhive” – KSOM’s vibrant literary student body.

Events like these continue to broaden the horizons of our BBA and MBA students, empowering them to explore diverse perspectives and aspire for meaningful success in life and leadership.”
