Professor Partho Sengupta is an Alumni of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and the XLRI. After XLRI, he worked for 20 years as a techno-commercial resource person in CESC Ltd. He was the Principal Consultant of PwC in Odisha’s OSEB privatization, Bangladesh Power Development Board and Dhaka Electric Supply Authority & Bhutan’s DoP. He was a member of the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (Phase I) for the latter while in PwC.
