]]> The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, in the presence of senior officials from NBCC and programme coordinator Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty.The programme was designed to provide civil engineering professionals with a practical understanding of electrical engineering concepts relevant to infrastructure projects. Faculty members facilitated sessions on interdisciplinary coordination, project execution, technical integration, and operational challenges. A total of 22 participants attended the programme and actively participated in discussions. NBCC expressed appreciation for the programme and its practical applicability to ongoing projects.

]]> The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, in the presence of senior representatives from SCL and programme coordinator Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty.The workshop focused on leadership effectiveness, team building, communication, decision-making, and organizational performance. Interactive learning methodologies enabled participants to reflect on contemporary leadership challenges and identify strategies for enhanced effectiveness. A total of 20 participants attended the programme. The organization appreciated the programme and provided encouraging feedback on its impact and relevance.
