Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty

Prof.Sarbeswar Mohanty is an alumnus of S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai and was awarded his Master’s Degree in Management Studies from University of Mumbai. He is an accomplished business leader with over 35 years of rich experience in senior leadership roles, having successfully handled P & L responsibilities across diverse industry verticals, including Retail, B2B and Manufacturing. His expertise spans across key sectors such as FMCG, Petroleum & Petro Chemicals, Aviation, Cement and Infrastructure, where he has consistently driven business growth, operational excellence and strategic transformations.

Prof.Mohanty has been associated with some of India’s most renowned corporations and has held top management positions at Godrej-GE, Reliance Industries and Shree Cement and his leadership has played a crucial role in shaping business strategies, optimising operations and delivering sustained profitability at these organisations. He also has been keynote speaker at various International conferences & workshops representing RIL at Argus & PACE etc.

With a deep passion for mentoring & knowledge sharing, Prof.Mohanty is now leveraging his vast corporate experience to contribute to business consulting & academia at KIIT School Of Management.
