Poornima Mahapatra

Poornima Mahapatra completed her Ph.D in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar in the year 2018. Her research interests include Sensemaking, Organizational Change and Qualitative Research. She has been teaching post-graduate and undergraduate students for the last 8 years. Her teaching interests include Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Theory and Design and Organizational Change. She has also worked as a freelance consultant and her consulting work includes developing cases and evaluation at virtual assessment centres.
