Koustubh Kanti Ray

He is currently a Professor of Finance at School of Management, KIIT Deemed to be University.  In a career spanning more than a decade, he has served in leading national level institutions in the country – Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal; Indian Institute of Management, Raipur, and Institute for Financial Management and Research, Chennai. Dr. Ray has a passion for teaching and taught business valuation, financial engineering, merger & acquisition and corporate finance at one or more of the above institutions. He regularly conducts management training programs for corporate and government executives in finance and related subjects. His research interests are mainly in the areas of corporate finance and financial markets.
