Ashok Kumar Sar

Prof. Ashok K. Sar is a faculty member in Strategic Management with over four decades of combined industry and academic experience, including 20 years at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and over 21 years in academia. He teaches Strategic Management, Business Ethics & CSR, and Pricing Management at the School, where he earlier served as Dean (Faculty). His interests include strategy, structure, system dynamics and sustainable development, and he regularly conducts executive development programmes. He has published 44 research papers (26 indexed in Scopus/WoS/ABDC) and holds two patents. He has guided eight Ph.D. scholars and is currently supervising six more.
