The session began with the introduction by the students apprising on the profile of Mr. Mohapatra and the need of housing and urban infrastructure, ports, airports, roads and need of housing as the basic necessity.

Mr. Mohapatra expressed his ideas on the beginning of housing industry in Odisha and emergence of builders market. He talked on the rise of business in real estate and the need of real estate savvy manpower in Odisha and India. The talk ended with a vote of thanks by the students and applauded on the information driven talk by the realtor.

Prof. Biswajit Das (Real Estate Marketing), Prof. Abhishekh Kumar  (Retail Management) , Dr. Tapan Bagchi-Director PGDM, Dr. Dillip Bera from School of Civil Engineering and other esteemed faculty members were present. The talk was well taken by the students and has given a great overview about the future of real estate industry as a profession and carrier.
