Mr. Pathak explained how Tata Steel founded 75 years of harmonious relationship with the workers. He shared that before the Government made recommendation for setting up joint councils of Management, Tata Steel was already engaged in this task since 1952 and came out with an agreement on 8th January 1956 of closer association of employees with Management.
