Assistant Professor Ritika Sharma presented a paper titled “Investigating OTT Subscription Intention Antecedents” at the “Seventh International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Competitive Strategies” held recently at Chandigarh.

In her research paper, she presented the positive influence of Quality of content and Quality of Experience as the major drivers for customer satisfaction towards availing OTT subscription services. Her paper was well appreciated by the jury members and other attendees of the conference.
