School of Management, KIIT University is conducting an open MDP at its premises titled ‘Building Negotiation Skills’. The programme module are designed to sensitize participants to the basics of negotiations and its process by identifying the basic types and individual styles of negotiation. This will help them prepare for, conduct and close a negotiation at the same time identify common errors and barriers during the negotiation process.
