KIIT School of Management recently concluded the soft skill training program for the executives of CSM Technology, Bhubaneswar at its premises during 1^st – 11^th May, 2017. The program was delivered by Prof. Shradha Padhi and team of faculty trainers on Management concepts such as conflict management, Feedback Management, Rapport Building, Interpersonal skills and Business Communication.
