The School of Management, KIIT University under the aegis of RMC conducted a MDP on “Effective Teamwork for High Performing organizations” on 20th & 21st November’ 2012. There were about 16 participants middle and senior management levels, across functional areas, namely, Administration, IT, Finance, HR , Environment and Technical Support. The representation was from a mix of service, manufacturing private and public sector companies, namely, JSPL, IMFA, SIDBI, OPTCL, OHPC and Department of Post.

The was inaugurated by Dr. A K Sar (Dean) who also conducted the ice breaking session. The faculty members who were involved in training the participants included Prof. Ipseeta Satpathy, Prof. Sumita Mishra and Prof. Subrat Sarangi.
