School of Management, KIIT University, conducted a high impact, customized, on site MDP event at JSPL’s Jindal Nagar, Angul site on 21st & 22nd of January 2013. The program was titled “Developing Leadership Excellence in Organizations – Insights & Perspectives”. It was targeted at the Middle & Senior Management with representation from various departments namely, Plate Mill, Power Plant, HR, Safety, DRI etc.
