KSOM conducted a 21-day BFSI Certification Programme for employees of AFPL from 27 October to 15 November 2025. The inaugural session was attended by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, senior representatives of AFPL, and programme coordinator Prof. Prashanta Parida.The programme was designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge of banking, financial services, insurance operations, customer relationship management, compliance, and professional ethics. A blend of classroom learning, case-based discussions, and practical exercises ensured a strong industry orientation. A total of 39 participants attended the certification programme. AFPL appreciated the quality of delivery and the contribution of the programme toward developing industry-ready professionals.
