KSOM conducted a 21-day BFSI Certification Programme for employees of AFPL from 6 April to 27 April 2026. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, in the presence of senior officials from AFPL, programme coordinator Prof. Prashanta Parida, and other distinguished guests.The programme was designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge of banking operations, financial services, insurance products, customer relationship management, regulatory compliance, and professional ethics. The learning experience combined classroom sessions, case discussions, practical exercises, and industry-oriented applications. A total of 87 participants attended the programme, making it one of the largest executive education initiatives conducted during the year. AFPL expressed highly positive feedback regarding the quality of delivery, relevance of the curriculum, and overall learning outcomes achieved through the programme.
