The RMC Wing of School of Management, KIIT University recently concluded a MDP on “The Winning Edge: Augmenting Employee Performance through Communication and Interpersonal Skills” on the 11th & 12th of September, 2013.The event had representation from OSWC, PPL, OFSDP, L&T & CPMG. The session was conducted by Dr. Ipseeta Satapathy, Dr. Surbhi Kapur and Dr. Ashok K Sar.
