KSOM conducted a short Management Development Programme on “New Labour Codes” on 27 June 2025 for professionals from the collaborating organization. The session was coordinated by Prof. Isha Mishra and focused on recent developments in labour legislation, compliance requirements, and their implications for organizations.The programme was delivered in an interactive format with practical illustrations and discussions on implementation challenges. Participants actively engaged in the deliberations and sought clarification on various regulatory aspects. A total of 50 participants attended the session, making it a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and professional learning.
