KSOM organised its monthly Alumni Talk series “Careers in Fintech & Insights from the Industry” on January 30, 2022. Mr. Konchada Dinesh, Strategy Planning Manager – INEL, an Alumnus of MBA (2014-16 Batch) was the speaker of the series. He briefed about the recruitment process and the roles in Fintech.
He also emphasized on the usefulness of CMIE and other databases. For students awaiting placements, he advised them to be updated with the current scenario and the business model of companies. He encouraged the students to do projects and get out of one’s comfort zone to experience new things with an open mind.
