Mukul Chopra: Head – Engagement and HR strategy -Aircel. He is a seasoned HR professional with more than 19 years of experience spanning multiple domains with Blue chip companies. Mukul has excellent relationship building skills, eye for details and Business acumen and brings with him strategy, expertise and new insights. He was responsible for devising strategic HR initiatives and running various HR programs for global teams during his various assignments. Prior to this appointment, He was Senior Vice President & Head Human Resources – Arshiya Group and was responsible for creating, building and executing a comprehensive HR strategy to strengthen the Arshiya Brand globally.

Before Arshiya, he was Head – Human Resources (Global Solutions Sales) at Huawei Telecom. During his stint at Huawei, he worked closely with the Global Management and the India Management teams to define and execute a 5 year strategy for HR Business Partnering. Mukul has coached the African and Latin American teams on various deployable HR initiatives including Employee Satisfaction Survey. Amongst the organization Mukul has worked for are Bharti , Reliance and GE capital . Mukul began his career as a Engineer with Jindal Strips Ltd. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer from the Punjab Engineering College and an MBA in HR from the University Business School, Panjab University.
