KIIT School of Management recently concluded a two–day dealership management program for the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) dealers during 9th – 10th March, 2017. The participants comprised of dealers of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. from across the state. Prof. Subrat Sarangi , Head RMC set the context for the training program with the inaugural address given by Dr. Anil Bajpai, Director, KSOM along with Sri Subhajit Ghosh, DGM(Retail Sales), Odisha State Office. Prof. Satya N Misra , Dean KSOM , Mr. Jyotish K Jha (IOCL, Sr. Manager), faculty trainers and other dignitaries from Indian Oil graced the occasion as well. The program covered topics related to psychometric tests, effective operations handling, CRM practices, Branding, Profitability Assessment and leading sales practices.
