KSOM’s “KONFABULATE” (Knowledge Dialogue series) was conducted on 4th June. The topic was “Regaining Customer Loyalty – Rejig in the Post Pandemic Era”

The guest speaker was Sri Suvasis Ghosh, an International Business management professional and Strategic Management Consultant with 18 years in strategy, business transformation, sales, procurement, with leading MNCs in CPG, Retail , Food & Agri industry. He is a Strategic Management Consultant with domain expertise in Food and Agribusiness, Agri Banking Sector, Consumer business (CPG & Retail). His experience includes Strategic Advisory roles providing advisory services to Private and Public Clients on cpg, retail, food & agri projects/initiatives varying from business plan formulation, partner search, organizational restructuring, policy planning and advocacy, financial advisory etc.

The speaker lucidly explained about the paradigm shift in consumer behaviors. The pandemic has forced most brands to customize their business models. Customer sentiment has changed visibly towards digital technologies. The session was highly interactive. More than 60 students and faculty members were part of the session.
