KSOM Ph.D. scholars & faculty member presented research papers at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India

Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, organised an International Conference on “Empowering Women Entrepreneurs from the Grassroots to Global” on 24th & 25th February 2022. The conference was sponsored by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.

Mr. Kharabela Rout and Ms. Archana Bhuyan, Ph.D. scholars of KIIT School of Management, presented a research paper in the physical mode on the research paper titled “An assessment of ICT adoption by women-led MSMEs in India in a post-pandemic scenario.”

Ms. Smrutirekha, Ph.D. scholar & Ms. Mou Chatterjee, an alumna of KIIT School of Management, presented a case study titled “A Case Study on Women Entrepreneurs, Women Artisans, and Handicrafts: All That Grass.”

Dr. Priti Ranjan Sahoo, Associate Professor, School of Management, co-authored both the papers & guided the scholars to formulate research questions, set objectives, and data analysis. 

Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder & Mentor, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), KIIT University, & Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), KISS University, Bhubaneswar, is a member of Governing Body of Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII). Dr. Samanta gives necessary advice to EDII from time to time. 

On 25th January 2022, KISS Deemed to be University (KISS-DU), Bhubaneswar has, signed an MoU with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad, intending to build cooperation and strengthen the relationship between KISS-DU and EDII.
