Dr. Shikta Singh, Professor at KSOM, KIIT DU was felicitated with the National Education Award APJ Abdul Kalam Teacher’s Excellence Award, AICTE, GOI in the August presence of Honourable Education and Law and Justice Minister Shri Subhash Sarkar and Shri SP Singh Baghel respectively in The Constitution Club of India, New Delhi.
During the felicitation, she spoke about our Hon’ble Founder, Dr. Achyuta Samanata and his unique contribution to the development of KIIT and KISS and the State at large. The audience was enthralled and a great round of applause was received when she mentioned how more than 27000 tribal students are being provided free education, food and shelter at Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS DU).
