KSOM conducted a specialized learning session for Tata Power on “Mindfulness” as part of the Next Gen Women Leaders’ Workshop held on 16 July 2025. The programme was coordinated by Prof. Isha Mishra and focused on enhancing self-awareness, resilience, emotional balance, and leadership effectiveness among participants.The interactive session combined reflective exercises, practical techniques, and discussions on workplace well-being. A total of 60 participants attended the programme and actively participated in the activities. The session was well received and contributed to the broader leadership development objectives of the workshop.
