KSOM organized a webinar on “Sustainability & ESG Strategy, Climate Risk and POSH” in collaboration with NBCC on 20 March 2026. The programme was coordinated by Prof. Isha Mishra and formed part of KSOM’s continuous engagement with industry partners through executive education initiatives.The webinar focused on emerging sustainability practices, ESG frameworks, climate-related business risks, and workplace compliance under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) guidelines. The session provided participants with contemporary insights into responsible business practices and regulatory expectations. A total of 25 participants attended the webinar and actively interacted with the resource person. The programme received positive feedback for addressing timely and relevant organizational issues.
