KSOM conducted a two-day Management Development Programme (MDP) for the employees of NALCO on the theme “Managerial Excellence” from 7–8 May 2025. The inaugural session was attended by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, along with senior officials from NALCO and the programme coordinator, Prof. Shikta Singh. In his address, Dr. Mohanty highlighted the importance of continuous professional development and managerial effectiveness in strengthening organizational performance.The programme focused on enhancing managerial competencies, leadership effectiveness, and workplace productivity. Through interactive sessions, practical discussions, and experience-sharing exercises, participants gained insights into contemporary management practices and their application in organizational settings. A total of 30 participants attended the programme and actively engaged throughout the sessions. NALCO conveyed highly positive feedback on the programme and appreciated the relevance and practical orientation of the learning interventions.
