KSOM conducted a five-day Management Development Programme for AFPL on “Frontline Leadership Excellence” from 21–25 April 2026. The inaugural session was attended by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, along with senior representatives of AFPL and programme coordinator Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty.The programme focused on strengthening leadership competencies, team effectiveness, communication skills, and workplace performance. Participants actively engaged in discussions, exercises, and case analyses throughout the programme. A total of 25 participants attended the programme, and the organization provided positive feedback on the overall learning experience and programme outcomes.
