Konfidant – 3rd edition of the Corporate Mentoring Program (Aug’ 2019)

Konfidant – The flagship Corporate Mentoring program of KSOM was held on 2nd August 2019. Through this program, students are connected with industry stalwarts who take over as mentors to certain sets of students assigned to them as mentees. As this mentor-mentee relationship is structured to be long term, the mentees will further engage with their mentors over email, chat messenger and telephone depending on the situational requirement. This will help the mentors to continuously monitor the progress of their mentee and would lead to timely feedback.  Dr. Sanjay Muthal, CEO Kontempore Leadership Solutions and Services (KLSS) spearheaded the event. Dr. Muthal with over 33 years of experience in India and abroad has a multi-faceted background in Consulting, Strategic HRRecruitmentLearning & Development and Organisation Development. He is globally recognized as an influential HR person. Some of his recognitions include “India’s Greatest HR Professional” award conferred at World HRD Congress, “HR Achiever’s” award at India Brand Summit, “Outstanding contributions in the field of HR” presented at Asia Pacific HR Congress.
This year the format was improvised and alumni were also included. 23 Mentors were part of the program, out of which 9 were alumni of KIIT and KSOM. All the Mentors belonged to varied industries and sectors.
