Dr. Sukalyan Das Professor, Kalinga Poly-technic and Dr. Biswajit Das Professor-Marketing Management and Communication in the KIIT School of Management and Dr. P.K.Padhy Professor- OB and HR former Professor Berhampur University, co-authored a book named ‘Change Management Through Enterprise Resource Planning’. The foreword is provided by Dr. Sambit Lenka, Jonkoping International Business School, Jonkoping University, Sweden.
This book ascribes on the agile angles of implementing ERP in organizations mitigating resistance to change in people; because organizational change is inevitable. It enlightens on the methods of change management through interventions. The book is consisting of lucid style befitting for fragile times.
