The Inauguration & Orientation Ceremony of BBA 2020 Admitted Batch was held online on 20th Sep, 2020.
Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS virtually inaugurated the batches on 20th September, 2020 in the presence of Prof. Hrushikesha Mohanty, Vice Chancellor; Prof. Sasmita Samanta, Pro Vice Chancellor; Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar; Prof. S. K. Mahapatra, Director, KSOM and Prof. S. N. Mishra, Dean, KSOM.
Dr. Saptorshi Das was the host of the event. All the dignitaries addressed the students. Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar introduced the world class infrastructure to the gathering. Prof. Sasmita Samanta, Pro Vice Chancellor spoke about the fast pace of systems and processes which have been evolving with the intervention of human capabilities and briefed the students on the NEP-2020. Prof. Hrushikesha Mohanty, Vice Chancellor elucidated on how the Hon’ble Founder has been translating his vision of making top ranked University.
Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS apprised the students about the importance of an orientation program before the commencement of classes. He expressed concern regarding the safety of all students in these difficult times. And emphasized that life is all about education and excellence, and added with compassion and humanity, all virtues lead to a complete human being
Prof. S. N. Mishra, Dean, KSOM presented the vote of thanks emphasizing on the societal impact of the University.
