KSOM conducted a one-day Management Development Programme for personnel of CISF on the theme “Soft Skills and Communication” on 29 April 2026. The programme was coordinated by Prof. Isha Mishra and attended by officers and personnel from different functional units of the organization.The programme focused on interpersonal communication, professional etiquette, team interaction, leadership communication, and workplace effectiveness. Through interactive discussions, role plays, and practical exercises, participants developed a better understanding of communication strategies that contribute to organizational effectiveness and professional growth. A total of 30 participants attended the programme and actively participated in the learning activities. The programme was appreciated for its practical orientation and relevance to the participants’ professional responsibilities.
