KSOM conducted a 21-day BFSI Certification Programme for employees of AFPL from 12 January to 2 February 2025. The inaugural session was attended by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, along with senior representatives of AFPL, programme coordinator Prof. Prashanta Parida, and other distinguished guests.The programme was designed to develop foundational and advanced competencies in banking, financial services, and insurance. The curriculum covered customer relationship management, financial products, regulatory compliance, risk management, and professional ethics through a combination of lectures, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises. A total of 49 participants attended the programme. AFPL expressed satisfaction with the programme outcomes and appreciated the contribution of KSOM in developing skilled professionals for the BFSI sector.
