KSOM conducted a five-day Management Development Programme for AFPL on “Frontline Leadership Excellence” from 15–20 January 2026. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, in the presence of senior officials from AFPL and programme coordinator Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty.The programme focused on developing leadership capabilities, communication effectiveness, team management, and performance enhancement among frontline managers. Through experiential learning and interactive sessions, participants strengthened their ability to lead teams effectively in dynamic work environments. A total of 36 participants attended the programme. AFPL expressed high satisfaction with the programme and appreciated its practical relevance.
