KSOM conducted a three-day Management Development Programme for NBCC employees on “Finance for Non-Finance Executives for Managerial Excellence” from 16–18 October 2025. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, in the presence of NBCC officials and programme coordinator Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty.The programme aimed to strengthen financial literacy among non-financial managers by covering key concepts related to budgeting, financial statements, cost management, and financial decision-making. Through practical examples and interactive learning methods, participants developed a better understanding of financial aspects relevant to their managerial roles. A total of 23 participants attended the programme, and NBCC provided positive feedback regarding its effectiveness and applicability.
