KSOM conducted a specialized Management Development Programme for Tata Power on the theme “Mindfulness” as part of the Next Gen Women Leaders’ Workshop held on 3 September 2025 at the XIM University campus, Sundarpada, Bhubaneswar. The programme was coordinated by Prof. Isha Mishra and attended by women professionals from diverse functional areas of the organization.The session focused on enhancing self-awareness, emotional resilience, stress management, and leadership effectiveness through mindfulness practices. Participants were introduced to practical techniques that can be applied in both personal and professional settings to improve focus, well-being, and decision-making. A total of 60 participants attended the programme and actively engaged in the discussions and experiential exercises. The programme was highly appreciated for its relevance in supporting leadership development and workplace effectiveness.
