KSOM conducted a three-day Management Development Programme for employees of NBCC on “Electrical Engineering for Civil Engineers” from 18–20 June 2026.
July 4, 2026KSOM conducted a three-day Management Development Programme for employees of SCL on the theme “Leadership Excellence Workshop” from 26–28 April 2026.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, in the presence of senior representatives from SCL and programme coordinator Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty.The workshop focused on leadership effectiveness, team building, communication, decision-making, and organizational performance. Interactive learning methodologies enabled participants to reflect on contemporary leadership challenges and identify strategies for enhanced effectiveness. A total of 20 participants attended the programme. The organization appreciated the programme and provided encouraging feedback on its impact and relevance.
