We are back with the 3rd edition of Konversations, the in-house quarterly E-Magazine for KSOM designed by our own team of faculty and students. This issue focuses on the stellar work done by our Hon’ble Founder Dr. Achyuta Samanta in the wake of COVID 19. Predicting the challenges that lay ahead, KIIT & KISS initiated an action plan to help the worst-hit sections of the society. The foresightedness not only prepared us to face the unknown and the unpredictable but also brought us laurels for the exemplary work done. Our in house sports icon like Dutee Chand and Sumitra Nayak embarked on yet another successful path on sports front. KIIT and KISS created new collaborations with US Consulate General Hydrabad, for creating COVID-19 awareness among tribal communities in Odisha. KISS posted an impressive performance by achieving 99.90% result in +2 Arts Examination and 100% result in +2 Commerce Examinations conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE). KIIT and KISS under the strong guidance of honorable Founder sir continued to provide helping hand across people in need and excelling in fields that matter.

Ideated by Prof. SK Mahapatra (Director, KSOM), Konversations is a new endeavor that contains important events of KSOM along with creative musings shared by the faculty and students. This provides a platform for everyone in KSOM to showcase their talent, achievements and express opinions on relevant issues. The quarterly e-magazine starts with the important news and achievements of Honble Founder Dr. Achyuta Samanta and KIIT Deemed to be University during the quarter. Post the messages from Director and Dean of the school, the magazine comprises of all the events, activities, awards and achievements of KSOM, its faculty and its students. The latter half of the magazine showcases the talent of its students and alumni across MBA and BBA with a section for faculty as well. This includes articles, poems, sketches and photographs.

It is designed by KSOM’s own team of faculty and students with Prof. Mohar Banerjee leading from the front ably supported by the editorial team – Prof. Sugato Tripathy, Prof. Saptorshi Das, Prof Ipsita Nayak and Prof. Ritika Sharma. The student team comprises of strong and approachable coordinators from all batches of BBA and MBA and all of them did an excellent job for Kronicle.
