The MDP titled QUEST (Quality & Effectiveness Through Systems Thinking) was recently conducted on the 26th and 27th of February, 2013. It was conducted by Dr. Ashok K Sar (Dean, School of Management, KIIT University) and had representation from various public and private sector companies. The class had participants from companies such as Jindal Power, L&T, OHPC, Nalco to name a few and had an optimism class size of 13 participants. The program was very well received by the attendees and introduced them to system dynamics, ideal for identifying, designing and implementing high-leverage interventions for sustained success in a complex system.
