KIIT School of Management, KIIT University recently conducted a high-impact and customized on-site MDP program at NALCO’s HRD Centre of Excellence, Bhubaneswar on 6th February, 2014. The program titled “The Organization of Risk Management: Aligning Organizational Risk Identification and Management” was conducted by Commodore Dilip Mohapatra, Dr. Ashok K. Sar and Prof. Subrat Sarangi. The programme targeted the Middle & Senior Management of NALCO and had representation from its various departments.
